Terms & Conditions mentioned below apply to all visitors, viewers, vendors of IndiaGiftsKart.com and it has been laid down to avoid any kind of misunderstanding about products and services provided by IndiaGiftsKart.com.
Terms & Conditions of IndiaGiftsKart.com are subject to change without any prior notice, we request our customers, viewers to regularly check the same to stay updated.
Products T&Cs –
- The availability of all the products shown on the website may vary from city to city and time to time. In case you have any query related to product availability in your city, please contact to our gifting experts and get the confirmation.
- All the images shown on the website for cakes, flowers, sweets, gifts & others are indicative, we always strive to process and deliver exact same product. In case any changes are needed because of any genuine reason (non-availability of the product or any other issue); we reserve the right to substitute the product of equal value/quality without any notice.
- If any product is not available in the ordered city then our team will get in touch with you to discuss the changes/replacements as soon as possible and will deliver the order in best possible manner.
- For all perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweets, fruits etc. if the receiver is unavailable at the delivery address or unreachable on-call after multiple attempts; the order shall be considered delivered and in that case no refund is applicable. Same is applicable for all non-perishable product as well.
- In case we are unable to fulfil the order or substitute it then we will inform you as early as possible and refund the amount within 30 days from the date of the refund request date.
- If customers receive damaged or different than the ordered product, please notify it to our customer support team immediately with valid photos. However, we reserve the right to take the final decision after a thorough check. Customers will be informed about the final decision within 2 working days. But it never happened yet, be assured.
Delivery T&Cs –
- Same day delivery orders should be placed 6 pm or before, any order placed after 6 pm would be eligible for next day delivery automatically. Same day delivery is only applicable for perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweets and fruits. For non-perishable products, it is not applicable.
- For midnight/same day/fixed time/standard delivery, our delivery team would call receiver prior to arriving at the given address, in case of call in not responded or directions are not guided then IndiaGiftsKart.com would not be responsible for any refund.
- Multiple delivery requests won’t be accepted after placing the order. However, in any case, you need to get it changed, connect with the support team as soon as possible and discuss the same. For all orders, delivery will be executed only once.
- In cases of receiver not in the house, it is locked, the receiver refuses to accept the gift, the address is incorrect or receiver is not available on call; such orders will be considered executed and no refunds will be applicable.
- While making delivery attempts if our team faces issues like traffic jams, bad weather, riots, any calamity, storm, government issues or any natural act; delivery might be delayed or shifted or cancelled on the stipulated time. We will inform our customers and will make an attempt for sure but on suitable timing. In such genuine cases, orders will be considered executed and no refund will be applicable.
- Our work timings for any kind of support are 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. Apart from these, you can always raise requests over email – firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Midnight delivery will be attempted between 11.30 pm – 12.30 am and for occasions like Valentine, Diwali, Rakhi, Christmas etc. the midnight delivery attempts will be made from 10.00 pm – 12.30 am.
- Non-perishable items can take 2 to 10 days for delivery, it depends on the product and our courier partners. Estimated delivery date will be informed by our customer support team on request.
- In case of fixed time delivery we keep a buffer of an hour, if a product is not delivered in that 1 hour buffer time then charges taken for fixed time will be completely refundable but the refund will not be applicable on product’s value. Any delivery after the buffer time should be accepted, we will refund only fixed time delivery charges. Delays occur due to traffic jams, band, riots, government guidelines etc.
Discounts T&Cs -
- All the discounts should be used within the validity period, don’t request for extension of validity as it is not possible.
- Two discounts cannot be clubbed together.
- Discount offers mentioned on third party sites, apps, and partners are applicable till the time it is valid or our association is active.
- If the same order has been placed twice or more times by mistake then customers can get their refunds only if the order is not executed when the request is raised.
- If an order is executed and the customer raises request after that then it won’t be accepted and will not be valid for any refund.
Changes in Order -
- If a customer wants to change the address of the receiver – In case of perishable products the request must be raised 24 hours before from the requested delivery, for non-perishable items, the request should be raised 48 hours before.
- If the request is raised for address change after the order is processed the no refunds or cancellation will be applicable.
- If you wish to cancel the order then place your request before 48 hours from the delivery time/date; 10% cancellation charges will be applicable. Rest amount will be refunded within 30 days from the requested date.
- An exact copy of products showcased on portal/apps is not possible to deliver as multiple locations have a different type of vendors, seasonal constraints and availability issues. However we promise quality for sure, it won’t be compromised and we deliver the closest possible product.
