Refund Policy

For Non-Courier Products – 

All non-courier items like cakes, flowers, plants etc. require 24 hours before cancellation request from the delivery date for Tier-1. In case of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities the request must be placed 2 working days before from the delivery date. Same-Day orders can't be cancelled. In case of customer refuses to accept the order, a refund will not be applicable in that case.

Tier 1 Cities – Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata
Rest all come in Tier 2 and Tier 3 category. However, for cancellation requests done before time as well will incur cancellation fee. The fee will vary from Rs 50 to Rs 400, depending upon the order value. 

In case the request is raised after the 24 hours from delivery date or 2 days after the delivery date in case of tier 2, no refunds will be applicable. 

For Courier Products – 

For courier products like personalized gifts, cushion, mugs etc. you can request the cancellation 2 days before the delivery date. In case of damaged product or you have a complaint regarding product quality, kindly send your concerns to our customer care. 

Kindly click pictures of the damaged product within 24 hours after delivery and share with us on customer care id cs@indiagiftskart.com. Your money will be refunded or new product will be delivered.
