Q.1. What is the process to place an order at IndiaGiftsKart?

You can buy a gift online, order a flower bouquet, send a cake online or place an order at www.IndiaGiftsKart.com (access it on desktop, mobile with the same URL) in just 3 steps - 

  1. Select the Gift you wish to order

  2. Checkout by providing Sender/Receive Details

  3. Make Payment & You are DONE!

Q.2. Can I place the order on the phone, email, Whatsapp, Facebook messenger or Instagram?

Answer

Absolutely yes, you can place your order with us via connecting with our team on email [email protected], phone/WhatsApp +91-8882251057, FB Messenger or on Instagram as well. Make sure you connect with our official accounts and get confirmation from the customer support team.

Q.3. How customers are assured quality and on-time delivery?

Answer

Q.4. I want to keep my name secret and have a special message to be delivered?

Answer 

You can always mention your special instructions and message during the checkout process. We will make sure all your needs are taken care of. 

Q.5. Can I customize my gift?

Answer 

Yes, you can do that also. Just reach out to our customer care team via call/email/Whatsapp and share your requirements. Our team will customize the order as per your needs and get it delivered for you. 

Q.6. Do I need to make an account compulsorily to place an order?

Answer 

No, you can place the order with guest login facility with – Sender, Receive Address, Mobile No. Delivery Date, Time & Email Id. 

Q.7. I did not receive the same product which I ordered?

Answer 

That never happened yet and we assure you it will not happen. In case that happens, we suggest to connect with our customer support team with relevant images/proof and we will replace the same or will process the refund.

Q.8. Product is damaged, I am not happy?

Answer 

Such situations have never been reported, but if you get any damaged product or you are not happy with the quality, please contact our customer support team and get the issue addressed by providing relevant proofs.

Q.9. The gift was not delivered on time I wanted?

Answer 

Well, that’s also very rare. We offer same-day delivery, midnight delivery, fixed time delivery, next day morning delivery and standard delivery. In all cases certain terms and conditions are applied, we take 1 hr. buffer time because we don’t have any control over natural difficulties like – Traffic jam, rain, riots, bandh, government restrictions, natural calamity etc. 

We assure timely delivery of products in case the conditions are fine, we do not guarantee exact fix time delivery in any case. 

Q.10. Can’t see my city on the list, do you deliver in my city?

Answer 

You can always get in touch with the customer care team and get the confirmation if you don’t find your city on the list. 

Q.11. How do I know my gift will be delivered on the same day?

Answer 

We accept the same-day delivery request for cakes and flowers till 6 pm, post that please contact our support team and get the confirmation done. All items apart from cakes and flowers are subject to standard delivery as they are shipped from our warehouse facility. 

Designer cakes and special bouquets might also not be eligible for same day delivery as they need time, kindly get in touch with our team for any clarification.

We also charge a nominal amount of Rs. 150. 

Q.12. Do you deliver at midnight and what are the charges?

Answer 

Yes, we specialize in midnight delivery. The fee for a midnight delivery is Rs. 250. 

Q.13. Do you offer fixed time delivery?

Answer 

Yes, we do it but we keep a buffer of 1 Hr. as there can be genuine reasons for that. The charges for fixed time delivery are Rs. 200. 

Q.14. Does standard delivery has any charges?

Answer 

No, it’s absolutely free.

Q.15. When my order will be delivered?

Answer 

Our standard delivery timings are from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. For midnight delivery the timings are 11.30 pm to 12.30 am. In case you wish to know the status on run time, always contact our support team. 

Q.16. Tell me about payment options on your portal?

Answer 

We offer multiple payments options – Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, direct deposit, PayTM, Wallets and PayPal.

Q.17. My payment is processed, received a message from bank/card partner but order success page not showing?

Answer 

Please don’t worry, this happens at times because of internet connection problems. Contact to our customer support team and they will resolve the issue. 

Q.18.  Payment processed twice for same order, what I need to do?

Answer 

No need to panic, just inform our customer support team and our team will resolve the issue. You can contact via phone or email.

Q.19.  The promo code, coupon code not working?

Answer 

It might have got expired and do not club two codes together, In case of confusion connect with our customer support team.

Q.20.  Where to apply the coupon code?

Answer 

In the cart summary page, you can apply the coupon code in “Have a promo code?” section.

Q.21. I forgot to apply coupon code?

Answer 

We can’t apply any code after the order is placed.

Q.22. I want to cancel my order, how?

Answer 

If you wish to cancel the order then place your request before 48 hours from the delivery time/date; 10% cancellation charges will be applicable. Rest amount will be refunded within 30 days (generally it takes lesser time than that from the requested date. After 48 Hrs. no cancellation request will be accepted.

Q.23. How can I check the status of the refund?

Answer 

You can check in your my account > my orders section or contact our customer support team.

Q.24. Can I change the address of the receiver?

Answer 

If the customer wants to change the address of the receiver – In case of perishable products the request must be raised 24 hours before from the requested delivery, for non-perishable items, the request should be raised 48 hours before. 

If a request is raised for address change after the order is processed the no refunds or cancellation will be applicable.

Q.25. Can I postpone the delivery date and time?

Answer 

If only the order is not processed, just email/call our customer support team.

Q.26.  how can I track my order, can I get delivery boy’s number?

Answer 

You can track your order from here – Track Gifts | Or you can get in touch with our customer support team. As long as contact number of the delivery boy is concerned, we don’t provide the same because they are serving customers continuously and it is tough to attend customers for them.

Q.27.  Are you delivering Cakes, Flowers & Gifts in current COVID-19 Situation?

Answer 

Yes, we are delivering Cakes in Green & Orange Zone Cities all across India, we are also delivering in red zone cities, however, please confirm with our support team once. Flowers & Bouquets aren't being delivered because of supply stoppage. Gifts also are on hold till further directives from the Government.
